How we got here
The timeline.
2014
2016
Hired a second plumber.
Aaron's sister Lena joined as the dispatcher. The shop got a real phone number that gets answered like a real business.
2019
Bought the Downtown Bellevue shop.
10900 NE 4th. Stocked enough water heaters and PEX to handle same-day work without supply-house runs.
2021
Got the trenchless equipment.
Pipe burst, hydro-jetting, sewer cameras. Stopped subbing out the harder sewer jobs.
2024
Six plumbers, two dispatchers, 800+ five-stars.
Still no commissions. Still answering the phone at 3am. Still family-owned.
How we think about the job
Three things we won't do.

Pay plumbers on commission.
Commission incentivizes upselling. Our techs are salaried. The right fix and the most profitable fix aren't always the same job.

Quote without seeing it.
'Probably around $5,000' is how customers get burned. Every quote is on a tablet, written down, signed by you before we start.

Skip the permit.
City of Bellevue permits protect the homeowner. We pull them every time they're required. If a contractor offers to skip, walk away.
